Mark Cazem

MBA, J.D.

My teaching philosophy is to incorporate real world marketing and business experiences with theory and development of a hybrid course that would relate to the expectations of the students.  I believe that real world experiences and examples would stimulate the students to participate in their classroom education and thereby enhance their accumulation of knowledge and abilities to operate in the real world.

Mark Cazem is an international business/marketing consultant to several global businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area.  He has experience as an international business transactions lawyer, and practiced law in the following areas:  International business transactions, trade law, immigration, civil litigation, domestic law, criminal law, probate, real estate law, and administrative law.  Cazem has been teaching as an adjunct professor since 1982 in several San Francisco Bay Area MBA programs.  In addition to teaching at CSUEB, Cazem is currently teaching at the University of California, Berkeley, Notre Dame de Namura University business program, ITU, and Santa Rosa Junior College. He has also taught in the MBA program at Hosei University in Tokyo, Japan.
