Project Management
Certificate Program
The California State University, East Bay Certificate in Project Management
offers project managers a Project Management Institute (PMI)-approved
way to complete the educational hours necessary to qualify for the Project
Management Professional (PMP®) Exam.
The Project Management Certificate is equally valuable to project managers
who have not had the benefit of formal training or the benefit of a
certification that recognizes their expertise and experience. Those
professionals seeking to make a career change into project management
or to advance into general management positions also will find the certificate
appealing.
Students who take advantage of Cal State East Bay Project Management
Certificate Program will enjoy a comprehensive 10-week program during which
they will, as part of a team, apply a range of concepts and principles
to a real project of their choosing.
Classes are held in the evenings and the location alternates each quarter between Hayward and our campus in downtown
Oakland, making them easily accessible for those who live or work in
San Francisco or the East Bay Area.
