Reading and Literacy Added Authorization (RLAA) Reading Program
California State University, East Bay and Pleasanton Unified School District invite local teachers to enroll in our Reading and Literacy Added Authorization (RLAA) Reading Program to enhance their skills in classroom reading instruction and to prepare themselves for positions as Reading Specialists or Reading Coaches. District teachers will be given priority enrollment in the RLAA cohort.
Once admitted to the RLAA Reading Program, students will complete a series of five graduate reading courses. Upon successful completion of their coursework, students will receive the Reading and Literacy Added Authorization (formerly called the Reading Certificate).
