Student Identification Number - NetID
For new students: when registering online, you will recieve an emplid number. You may enroll for courses online usingthis number and password for 1 to 2 business days (after this time, your emplid password will no longer work).
After 1 to 2 business days, you will receive your NetID and activation code by email. In order to use your NetID, you will need to activate it. With your NetID, you will be able to enroll online as well as access numerous University services.

Go to the NetID page online for a password reset OR visit the Enrollment Information Center on the first floor of the Student Services Building on the Hayward Campus, or the Academic Services Center on the Concord Campus. Bring a government issued Photo ID. |

Former Students who were not originally assigned a NetID |
Have no access to information through MyCSUEB to access records or register for courses |
To a ccess your records and transcripts or to be assigned a NetID and enroll in classes, go to MyCSUEB and select the New Student Register Here button. After registering, you will receive your NetID by email in 1 to 2 buisness days. |
