This course introduces the principles of AI ethics. Participants with explore avoiding bias, ensuring privacy of users and data and accountability. Participants will be introduced to ethic frameworks for evaluating and discussing these issues. Case studies will be given to provide opportunities to analyze real-world situations and best practices for addressing ethical challenges in AI.
Notes:
This course takes place 4 times, Monday/Wednesday, 2/24-3/5. 2/24 and 3/5 will be asynch and 2/26 and 3/3 will be synch via zoom. This zoom link will be provided to you before the course start date.
