In this course, student will learn construction project scheduling techniques that apply to projects of all sizes. During this course, techniques will be illustrated on scheduling software, using example projects. Recommended Prerequisite: EXTX 204 (Quarter Equivalent: EXSP 8100). All interested students are welcome to enroll. This course falls in the middle of the Construction Management certificate program course sequence and content may require students to have knowledge of drawings & specifications, estimating & bidding, and project planning concepts.
Notes:
This course will take place entirely online with required Zoom class meetings taking place on Saturdays (9 am - 2 pm) starting on March 19th and ending on May 21nd (there will be no class meetings on April 2 and May 14). The instructor is Justin Waterman. Enrolled students will be able to access course content on CSUEB's BlackBoard portal at bb.csueastbay.edu with the Net ID and password. Students who have previously received a BA or BS from CSUEB should register for this class using the Forever Pioneer Registration Form to receive a discount on the course fee.
