In this course, students will learn planning techniques that apply to projects of all sizes, including bar charts, critical path networks, resource allocation, and leveling. Students will be given instructions and exercises to manually illustrate project planning techniques. Prerequisite or Co-requisite: EXTX 205 (Quarter Equivalent EXSP 8768)

Notes:

This course takes place via Zoom on Wednesdays for 8 weeks, starting on 1/22 and ending on 3/12. A Zoom link will be sent to registered students via email prior to the first class meeting. Course materials will be available to students on Canvas. This course is open to new and continuing students in the Construction Management program; although, new students who have not taken any CSUEB Construction Management course should note that they would be enrolling in this course in the middle of the certificate program course sequence and this course will assume that the student has a working knowledge of blueprint reading and construction math.
