HR uses organizational design tools to make effective changes to corporate structure, departments, employee roles and job design. In this seminar, participants will approach organizational design from the tactical (job) level through the company (strategic) level and will apply best practice methods and tools in hands-on activities. This is a must-have skill set for leaders, HR, managers, supervisors or project team members.
