Cal State East Bay MCLE courses/activities are open to all attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals who need to meet the required continuing legal education courses under California law. Classes can be located on the Hayward, Concord, or Oakland campus as well online (please review the course notes for specific course/program/activity information). Cal State East Bay's Office of Continuing Education is a State Bar of California approved MCLE Provider (provider number 10897).
This is Cal State East Bay's annual MCLE Super Saturday event. This event takes place on Saturday, January 8th from 8:30 am to 5:45 pm in an online format where participants will view and interact with instructors and colleagues via Zoom. The Zoom links for all sessions will be emailed in advance. Enrolling in this course and paying the $30 MCLE fee will give you access to all of the Super Saturday courses listed here: https://ce.csueastbay.edu/ce/programs/minimum-continuing-legal-education/. Attendance will be taken during each session and Certificates of Attendance and Course Evaluations will be emailed to participants at the conclusion of the event. NOTE: Individuals attending the afternoon sessions will be eligible to receive a Certificate of Attendance for one of the concurrent sessions offered during each time block. Each session will represent 2 MCLE credit hours. The morning sessions each represent 2 MCLE credit hours in the area of Legal Ethics.
