This course will provide a good opportunity for the non-profit professional to either acquire new leadership skills or further develop existing skills. In this new unique course, students will learn systems thinking, the importance of humanistic leadership, the differences between leading, managing and coaching, how to build strong teams, how to plan, how to enable a motivated staff and many more related areas of leadership and self-awareness.

This course meets in the online synchronous format with live Zoom class meetings from 5:30-8:30 pm on the following Mondays and Wednesdays: 10/20, 10/22, 10/27, 10/29.
