Strategic Planning for Nonprofit Organizations

Designed for key staff members, board members, and other leaders of nonprofit organizations or foundations. In this 6-hour hands-on, interactive workshop, we¿ll build a nonprofit strategic plan together. We will choose an organization and then work through the steps of creating a strategic plan for that organization. Topics will include: parts of a strategic plan, sample timeline and process, data collection, vision, mission, strategic pillars, goals and implementation planning.
Notes:
This is an online synchronous course with required live Zoom class meetings. Classes will meet on Tuesday evenings from 5:00pm to 8:00p.m. beginning June 2 and June 9. The Zoom link for our live sessions will be posted in the course Canvas portal and emailed to enrolled students within two days of the first-class meeting.
