In nonprofit organizations, coaching can help teams thrive and be successful. This course will give participants the opportunity to explore and practice coaching tools to help team members accomplish their goals, work better and more strategically. This course will be a hands-on coaching introduction with tools and strategies.
Notes:
This is an online synchronous course with required live Zoom class meetings. Classes will meet on Thursday evenings from 5:00pm to 8:00p.m. beginning June 4 and June 11. The Zoom link for our live sessions will be posted in the course Canvas portal and emailed to enrolled students within two days of the first-class meeting.
