This course allows beginning proposal writers to learn a step-by step approach to preparing successful proposals, researching funders, and developing a good approach strategy to obtain your grant. You will learn how to develop proposal components through instruction and writing exercises. Specific topics covered will include program design, researching funders, approaching foundations and corporations, and the overall proposal process. Other grantsmanship topics of concern to you will also be discussed.

This class is offered in the online synchronous format with 2 live required Zoom class meetings taking place on 10/6 and 10/8 from 6-9 pm. The Zoom information will be posted to Canvas within 3 days of the scheduled first class meeting.
