This course will give participants the opportunity to explore and practice coaching tools to help team members accomplish their goals, work better and more strategically. This course will be a hands-on coaching introduction with tools and strategies.

This class is offered in the online synchronous format with 2 live required Zoom class meeting taking place on 9/24 and 10/1 from 5-8 pm. The Zoom information will be available in Canvas within 3 days of scheduled first class meeting.
