Students will continue their work from Litigation I as they prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents, and become familiar with discovery method and trial preparation. Prerequisites: POSC 804 - Litigation I. Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 6 units. Grading: A-F grading only. Equivalent Quarter Course: POSC 7013.
Notes:
This is an online synchronous course with required Zoom class meetings that take place on Thursdays, starting 6/6 and ending on 8/1. The class meetings are from 6-9:45 pm. There is no class meeting on 7/4. The Zoom link will be posted to the course portal in Canvas and also emailed to students within 2 days of first class meeting.
