During this introductory course in contract law, students will learn the elements of a valid contract, as well as the rights and obligations of parties and defenses to formations of a contract. This is an online asynchronous course, meaning that there are no required in-person or Zoom class meetings. Course content will be provided to students through Canvas beginning on 6/3 and ending on 8/3. This is not a self-paced course. Students will be expected to log into the course portal at least once a week to keep up with assignment deadlines. This is an online synchronous course with required Zoom class meetings that take place on Tuesdays, starting 6/4 and ending on 7/30. The class meetings are from 6-9:45 pm. There is no class meeting on 7/2. The Zoom link will be posted to the course portal in Canvas and also emailed to students within 2 days of first class meeting.
