This Course provides a general introduction to state and federal law concerning electronic discovery and includes the analysis of written expression of current law as applied to given factual situations. Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 6 units. Grading: A-F grading only. Equivalent Quarter Course: POSC 7056.

This is an online asynchronous course, meaning that there are no required in-person or Zoom class meetings. Course content will be provided to students through Canvas beginning on 6/3 and ending on 8/3. This is not a self-paced course. Students will be expected to log into the course portal at least once a week to keep up with assignment deadlines.
