Gain an understanding of the estate planning process, including basic vocabulary, will drafting, and tax reduction techniques such as the use of trusts, marital deduction and life time transfers. You will develop and practice skills in gathering relevant estate planning information, identifying legal problems, and preparing first drafts of estate planning documents. Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 6 units. Grading: A-F grading only. Equivalent Quarter Course: POSC 7027.
