During this introductory course in contract law, students will learn the elements of a valid contract, as well as the rights and obligations of parties and defenses to formations of a contract. Notes:
This is an online synchronous course with required Zoom class meetings that take place on Tuesday evenings, starting 6/3 and ending on 7/29 (no class meeting on 7/1). The online class meetings are from 6-9:30 pm. The Zoom link will be posted to the course portal in Canvas and also emailed to students within 2 days of first class meeting. This is an online asynchronous course, meaning that there are no required in-person or Zoom class meetings.
