During this introductory course in contract law, students will learn the elements of a valid contract, as well as the rights and obligations of parties and defenses to formations of a contract. Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 6 units. Grading: A-F grading only. Equivalent Quarter Course: POSC 7023.

This is a required course in the CSUEB Paralegal Studies program. This is an online synchronous section which has required Wednesday evening Zoom class meeting from 6-9:45 pm for 8 weeks starting on January 21st.
