Advanced Fieldwork-Internship Group Supervision

This course will provide CSU East Bay Educational Psychology MFT students with a Summer University registration while they obtain MFT trainee counseling hours under clinical supervision of staff from agencies responsible for their field training. The course provides program administrative oversight as trainees perform duties at their agency field site. Course seminar format will involve "check-ins" regarding adapting to sites, client contact experiences, and sharing agency information. The course will focus less on client case reviews, which are a responsibility of site supervisors. Please note, summer registration was created to support and assist students who need or choose to commence placements early. Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 2 units. Grading: CR/NC grading only.
