With a rare blend of science, technology, engineering, entrepreneurship and management skills, and subject matter expertise, Rajagopal is in a unique position to provide not only a broad perspective but also to dive deep into the dynamics of digital transformation that are impacting every industry, every enterprise, and every business function.
Rajagopal is currently the Founder and CEO of Decision Threads – a provider of data-driven decision-making platform that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to help individuals and businesses make smarter decisions. He has been part of 9 high-technology start-ups either as founder or founding member with the last two start-ups acquired by VMware/EMC. He brings over 17 years of experience and expertise in business functions spanning executive management, marketing, business development, product marketing and management, and new product development.
He has an MBA from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University; a Masters in Computer Science from Arizona State University, specializing in Distributed Computing, Parallel Processing and Artificial Intelligence; and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Bangalore University.
It is recommended you have knowledge of basic business and marketing principles before enrolling. For example, you have completed an introductory course in marketing or business or have two years of business experience.
